U radu je detaljno opisan postupak izradbe parcelacijskog elaborata za diobu ili spajanje katastarskih čestica. Navedeni su svi sastavni dijelovi parcelacijskog elaborata. Nakon ovjere parcelacijskog elaborata u katastru, stranka pokreće zemljišnoknjižni ispravni postupak. Nakon završetka zemljišnoknjižnog postupka i upisa u zemljišnu knjigu, općinski sud šalje katastru rješenje čime je postupak završen. Stranka time dobiva svoju nekretninu sređenu u zemljišnoj knjizi i u katastru u pogledu vlasništva, oblika i površine.

The paper describes in details the procedure of doing the subdivision elaborate for the division or merging of cadastral parcels. All ingredient parts of the subdivision documents are given. After verifying the subdivision documents in the cadastral office, the party institutes the land registry correction procedure. After the completion of the land registry procedure and entering the data into the land registry, the municipal court delivers to the cadastral office the decision, which makes the procedure completed. The party thus receives his/her real estate recorded in the land registry and in cadastral record with regard to the ownership, its shape and area.
