eng a simple box model has been developed in order to determine pollutant concentrations in excess in street canyon. It is based on the balance between emission and exchange at roof level. The turbulences produced by the traffic and the wind speed at roof level arc taken into account. Several data sets have been used to determine some model parameters and to evaluate the model performances. Comparison with pedestrian measured values is shown and discussed.
